Gender and ICT

Gender and ICT (GenTIC) is an interdisciplinary research group analysing gender relations and inequalities across the life course, in education and the research and innovation ecosystem. We use a wide variety of research methods to advance knowledge on intersecting inequalities of contemporary societies from feminist and decolonial perspectives. Our work spans basic research to applied activities, offering new insights and policy recommendations to emerging societal challenges. Gender and ICT is a Consolidated Research Group of Catalonia (2021 SGR 01032) and is active in projects at regional, national and international level.
