Our research group in Intervention in Clinical and Health Psychology and Promotion of Wellbeing aims to advance the knowledge and increase the quality of psychological interventions in the areas of mental and physical health. Our research group (recognized by the Generalitat of Catalonia) is dedicated to the evaluation and improvement of interventions in clinical and health psychology and the promotion of well-being from a plural perspective. In this sense, the group has various parallel lines of research that encompass topics such as research into results and processes in psychotherapy in a wide variety of disorders and human problems, family and couples therapy, clinical sexology, technological applications in psychological intervention (virtual reality and augmented reality), design and validation of questionnaires, increasing the self-awareness of professionals and promoting respect for the human rights of users of mental health and addiction services. We combine the scientific work with intense transfer and dissemination activity.
