Doctor by the Universitat Rovira i Virgili with the thesis Los entes locales en la acción climática global responsabilidades, retos y perspectivas jurídicas 2021. Supervised by Dr. Lucía Casado Casado.

She has a PhD in Law (2021, cum laude and international certification) from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV), Spain, and a bachelor's degree in Law (2015) and a master's degree in Advanced Administration and Public Law Studies (2017) from the University of Salento, Italy. She received the special doctoral prize from the URV (2021) and the Antoni Pedrol i Rius award for the best doctoral thesis in local government law from the Màrius Viadel i Martín Chair of Local Legal Studies at the URV. She has carried out research stays at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, and the University of Bologna, Italy. Her research lines include local government law, environmental law, climate change and energy transition, energy poverty and public procurement, among others.
