I am a professor of Labor Law and Social Security at the UOC (Studies de Dret i Ciències Polítiques). Lawyer No. 24,230 of the Il.lustre Col.legi de l ́Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB) since 1997. Currently as a self-employed exerciser. I am a member of the Labor Law Section. From 1999 to 2003, I provided work services in the FREMAP workplace accident mutual, both in the benefits department and in legal counsel. From 2004 to 2024, I have practiced my activity as a partner-attorney at Col.lectiu Ronda, a professional firm incorporated as a cooperative. My specific area of action is the field of Labor Law, Social Security and Occupational Risk Prevention. On leave since 2025. For several years, I matched my employment lawyer activity with prison volunteerism at different Barcelona correctional centers (CP Homes of Barcelona, CP Dones; CP Joves, CP Quatre Camins, CP Brians I). I also acted as an attorney for the Prison Officer Shift. I certify the specialization to practice in (criminal) juvenile justice. I have been an associate professor in the UPF Degree of Labor Relations, in the area of DTSS at UAB, a collaborating professor in the UOC Degree of Labor Relations and a teacher in the BSM-UPF Master of DTSS. I am currently an associate professor at UAB, where I teach the subject of Supplemental Social Benefits, in the Degree of Labor Relations.
