My research activity focuses on digital transformation in educational organizations across settings, following a critical and theoretically grounded approach. I study the changes and transformations that take place in these settings to improve the quality of education, looking at aspects related to teaching, organization and educational leadership. The aim is not only to improve the education offered by institutions and teachers, but also to enhance the learner experience and boost the transformation of people and groups.
