The R&D activities of researcher Ana M. González Ramos focus on the study of professional careers in science and technology, international mobility and the inclusion of women in the knowledge society. Her main research interests are science and innovation, professional science careers and the organisation of science, with a particular interest in the processes of evaluating scientific merit, international mobility and the inclusion of women in technology. She also specialises in research methodology and design. In addition to belonging to the Gender and ICT research programme, she is a member of the University of Cádiz TELOYDISREN research group and the University of La Laguna's SCITECAN programme. She is a member of the UOC's Gender and ICT R&D group.
