Doctor by the Universidad de Navarra with the thesis Cesión y licencia de marca a la luz de la doctrina del agotamiento 2000. Supervised by Dr. Eduardo María Valpuesta Gastaminza.

She teaches in courses related with commercial law, legal practice and the search for negotiated solutions.  Her research lines are related with commercial law, particularly with contracts, industrial property and the impact of internet, and bankruptcy law. In recent years, she has also been working on aspects related with technology and artificial intelligence, including the legal system governing remotely piloted civil aircraft, blockchain and the use of artificial intelligence.  In all the areas she works in, she pays particular attention to analysing the civil liability of different operators in their market activity, and how to prevent and assure these liabilities.
