Doctor by the Universitat Pompeu Fabra with the thesis Compraventa de empresas cartas de intenciones, manifestaciones y garantías 2011. Supervised by Dr. Fernando Gómez Pérez.

The R&I activity of researcher Marian Gili Saldaña focuses on the study of civil law. Her main research interests are, first, tort law, in particular civil liability arising from damage caused by faulty products; second, contract law, particularly the main legal milestones in company acquisition processes; lastly, mediation as a mechanism for settling civil and commercial conflicts. She is a member of the UOC's R&I group TAXLABOR (Taxation, Labour Relations and Social Welfare).
