Doctor by the Universitat Pompeu Fabra with the thesis Arbitraje y propiedad intelectual: consideraciones procesales y desafíos para un arbitraje eficiente 2018. Supervised by Dr. Jaume Solé Riera.

Her teaching activity focuses on three courses: Civil Procedural Law I and II, Negotiation; Out-of-court Settlement of Labour Disputes, Legislation and Data Protection; and Market and Legislation. Civil Procedural Law I, which is the first course in this area of law, offers an overview of the civil procedure of declaration and explores basic procedural concepts, procedural acts and the various stages of trial. Civil Procedural Law II, which completes the study of civil procedure, specifically analyses enforcement and precautionary measures. It also covers voluntary jurisdiction and insolvency proceedings. In all these courses, she is in charge of supervising and updating the resources that students are provided with in order to pursue the intended learning goals. Her research focuses on procedural law and dispute resolution mechanisms, specifically arbitration as a way to solve conflicts and settle industrial property disputes, with the aim of offering a way in which these controversies can be resolved effectively. She is also interested in studying how new technologies can be applied to dispute resolution through arbitration and mediation.
