Doctor by the Universitat de Barcelona with the thesis Entre Cataluña y Sicilia. Las cortes virreinales en el mediterráneo en el tránsito de Felipe II a Felipe III 2017. Supervised by Dr. Ida Mauro.

I am currently the human resources director at an international audit and law firm. I am also a professor at ESIC University and an adjunct professor at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). My research interests are related to political history and cultural transfers from a political point of view. In the field of human resources, I focus on developing the people-first concept in companies and competency-based management.  In the last five years I have published over 25 scientific articles, edited many others and participated as a lecturer at numerous conferences in both Europe and the United States.
