He conducts research into communication in organizations, particularly that carried out via the internet and, more specifically, on social networks. He views communication as a strategic tool at the service of the persuasive capacity of companies, institutions and other organizations in a changing context that is prone to generate crisis situations if the risks are not managed appropriately. He actively partners with social media platforms as a knowledge transfer activity and has also been editor-in-chief of COMeIN, the UOC Faculty of Information and Communication Sciences' journal, since its inception.
