Doctor by the Universitat Pompeu Fabra with the thesis El 15m y los medios españoles. Análisis de redes temáticas en twitter 2017. Supervised by Dr. Javier Díaz Noci.

I completed my PhD in Communication at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2017 (awarded Excellent Cum Laude), after a Master’s Degree in Advanced Studies in Social Communication at the same university in 2013 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Audiovisual Communication at the University of Barcelona in 2006. My professional career in the field of communication spans a wide range of sectors, including advertising, the third sector, citizen platforms, political parties, public institutions, and social movements. Since 2017, I have participated in seven R&D&I projects (five of them competitive) and co-authored several scientific publications. Since 2024, I have been a postdoctoral researcher in the Communication Networks & Social Change research group (IN3-UOC), working within the European project “Ageism in AI: New forms of age discrimination and exclusion in the era of algorithms and artificial intelligence (AGEAI)”. I am currently co-supervising a PhD thesis on the ethics and governance of artificial intelligence in the Latin American political-institutional context.
