Ignasi Beltrán de Heredia Ruiz's R&I work focuses on the following areas:  – Internal and external flexibility in employment contracts – The phenomena of business plurality – The risks ICTs pose for fundamental rights and the impact of automation on labour relations – The institutions of social protection – Labour relations in public authorities – Behavioural psychology and the economic analysis of employment rights Beltrán de Heredia Ruiz is a member of the UOC's Taxation, Labour Relations and Business (TAXBUSINESS) research group.
