The R&D activities of researcher Àngels Rius focus on the study of formal methods for specifying ontology-based processes and on the development of CASE tools that permit their putting into practice. The goal its to achieve unambiguous, accurate and concise process descriptions that can be used to offer support for service implementation. Her main research interests are describing process patterns and their applicability in the development of e-Learning environment services.
