As an academic, his interests centre on three different levels of management, organization and work: 1. Analysis of public policies and their intermediate management in various professional and organizational fields, mainly in education and health epidemics, with particular emphasis on new technologies in governance and management (algorithms, social media and digital instruments). 2. Understanding the ways in which non-experts in these policies (workers, scientists, the general public) can participate in their design, as they deal with them directly every day. 3. The ways in which these policies and organizational management are deployed at the local level, and the effects they have on workers and users.
