Dr. Anna Ruiz Martín is a lecturer in law at the Open University of Catalonia, in Barcelona. She mainly specializes in private international law, EU competition, unfair competition and consumer law. Her main research focuses nowadays on the emergence of AI, digital cross border trends and corporate social responsibility from a private enforcement approach. She is also a qualified solicitor at the Madrid Bar Association and a Scholar member of the Iberian Chapter at the International Ligue of Competition law (LIDC).
