Doctor by the Universitat de Barcelona with the thesis Perfils de participació a la xarxa dels estudiants universitaris Pràctiques socioculturals i repercussions en l'aprenentatge 2015. Supervised by Dr. Iolanda García González, Dr. Anna Escofet Roig.

Professor at the UOC's Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences. Member of the consolidated interuniversity research group EMA (Learning Environments and Materials) at the University of Barcelona.  Her main research interests are teaching and learning process design through the integration of digital technologies, and the study of innovation processes using this technology and analysis of knowledge-building processes.  Also, research into learning space design, that is, how to use educational settings to carry out active student-centred methodologies.  She has taken part in a number of research and guidance projects in her field, at both national and international level, and has published articles in reference journals in her area of research.
