Professor and researcher at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC), within the Education Studies and the GREDU research group, of the Futures of Education in the Digital Age Research Center (UOC-FuturEd). Doctorate in Education and Society (2016-2019, UB) (Cum Laude, Extraordinary Doctorate Award). Postgraduate degree in Leadership and Management of Educational Centers (2020-2021, UOC). My work is situated at the intersection of formative assessment, feedback and peer assessment, self-regulated learning, evaluative judgment and learning analytics, with a growing focus on the cognitive, metacognitive, ethical and pedagogical implications of the use of technology and AI in teaching-learning processes. I work committed to generating evidence that informs educational practice, institutional design and transformation, and learning improvement.
