Laia Lluch Molins is a Doctor in Education and Society (2019), extraordinary doctoral award. Graduated as a Master of Primary Education (2015). Master in Innovation and Research in Education (2016). Postgraduate in Leadership and Management of Educational Centers (2021). Graduated as a Master of Primary Education (2015), specialisation in Attention to Diversity. Since 2019, she has been linked to the Psychology and Educational Sciences Studies of the UOC as a Collaborating Teaching Professor (PDC), Associate Professor (PA), student and currently as a Lecturer where she teaches in the Degree in Education Psychopedagogy. She is a member of UOC's Research Group in EDUcation (GREDU). Likewise, since 2017, she has been an associate professor and researcher at the Department of Didactics and Educational Organization of the University of Barcelona and a member of the consolidated research group LMI (2017 SGR379) and the Teaching Innovation Group in Evaluation and Technology (GIDAT) (GINDOC-UB/152). She also has extensive experience teaching children and young people. She is currently also an associate member of the Chair of Neuroeducation UB-EDU1ST, and Editor-in-Chief of the 'Journal of Neuroeducation'. She is also a consult-coach and head of the evaluation field at Reimagine Education, a team founded by Xavier Aragay, co-founder of the UOC, which accompanies educational transformation processes in schools and universities around the world. Research lines: evaluation in education, teacher training, development and assessment of competencies, feedback, innovation in education, methodologies, educational technologies, self-regulated learning.
