Doctor by the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) with the thesis Compromís organitzatiu, intenció de romandre i comportament ciutadà organitzatiu dels individus que tenen dues ocupacions simultànies 2015. Supervised by Dr. Maria Angels Fitó Bertrán, Dr. Pep Simó Guzmán.

Holder of a doctoral degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). He also holds a master's degree in Tax and Financial Management for Businesses from the University of Barcelona. Holder of a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona (UB). He is director of the UOC's University Master’s Degree in Financial Management. He is a member of the teaching staff at the UOC's Faculty of Economics and Business. Since September 2015, he has been director of the UOC's Master's Degree in Financial Management, where he also teaches courses related with accounting and financial management. Previously, he combined teaching at the Higher School of Industrial Engineers' Department of Business Organization (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, UPC) in Barcelona with professional activity as a consultant in financial, accounting and tax consultancy matters.  His main research interests focus on the quality of financial information, financial decisions, employees' organizational engagement with their organization, and the impact of online teaching on professional skills.
