Professor of the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the UOC, researcher at the Catalan Institute of Oncology. Doctor in Clinical and Health Psychology, Master in Health Psychology and Master in Cognitive Social Therapy. He has been a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Barcelona and the Bellvitge Biomedical Research Institute, and he has also conducted research stays at McGill University in Canada and at the Amsterdam UMC hospital in the Netherlands. His lines of research are framed in clinical and health psychology, with a special interest in the study of the processes and outcomes of psychotherapy. He currently participates in research and innovation projects that include depression, cancer and digital health. Apart from studying the influence of therapy on different problems, he also explores how it affects people's well-being.
