Laura Lamolla's research activity centres on the study of gender in organizations, with a particular focus on female executives and entrepreneurs and the ICT industry.  Accordingly, her research interests are related with the interaction between gender and work-life balance; organizational policies to support gender equality and diversity in general; working women's preferences regarding work time; and the organizational impact of diversity management.  She has taken part in a number of projects related with gender issues in the ICT industry, talent, gender and entrepreneurship and gender and work time from a management perspective as well as from a sociological and economic viewpoint.
