The research activity of professor Amal Elasri-Ejjaberi is focused on two main areas. The first is framed within the analysis of the management of sports organizations, which includes the study of customer satisfaction and financial management and the study of e-sport business models. The second is encompassed within teaching innovation, focusing on the analysis of students' competencies and the study of teachers' digital competencies in higher education. She is a member of the University of Barcelona's Enterprise Research Group and the Consolidated Teaching Innovation in Business Organization Group, also with the University of Barcelona.
