Gabriela Fauth is a lawyer, with a Master's degree in Urban Planning, History and Architecture of the City from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) and a Doctorate in Law from the Rovira i Virgili University (URV). She completed her Postdoctoral studies at the Postgraduate Program in Urban Planning (PROURB) of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Collaborating researcher at the Law and Urban Planning Laboratory (LADU – UFRJ) and the Center for Environmental Law Studies of Tarragona (CEDAT – URV). Her research and teaching activity focuses on the thematic areas of the right to the city, the city and the socio-environmental crisis, urban vulnerabilities, the social effectiveness of the norm, instituent social practices and legal pluralism. Author of scientific articles, book chapters and book coordination on the aforementioned topics. Teaching accreditation by ANECA and AQU. Research accreditation: Sexenni AQU ORCID: 0000-0002-0650-4221
