Doctor by the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya with the thesis La adopción de la investigación de marketing con dispositivos móviles un análisis empírico en la industria de la investigación de mercados en españa 2019. Supervised by Dr. María Jesús Martínez Argüelles, Dr. Ana Isabel Jiménez Zarco.

She has a PhD in the Information and Knowledge Society from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) with a thesis on the adoption of mobile technologies in the market research sector. She has a degree in Market Research and Techniques and a diploma in Business Science from the University of Barcelona (UB). She has been a member of the UOC's Faculty of Economics and Business since 2004, where she coordinates courses in the field of marketing, market research and responsible marketing and consumption. Since 2014, she has been academic director of the Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Market Research. Her previous professional experience was linked to strategic market research consultancy. Her research activity is primarily in the field of digital marketing and, more specifically, in online and mobile marketing research. In addition, she conducts research in the field of responsible marketing and consumption. She is also the author of publications on e-learning in the workplace and the evaluation of the economic, social and environmental impacts of tourism events.
