Author of more than 50 articles in indexed conferences and journals, both national and international, and supervisor of four doctoral theses. Co-general chair of the GamiLearn annual scientific conference and the 2019 ACM SIGCHI CHI PLAY conference. Creator and coordinator of the Introduction to Gamification through Case Studies MOOC on the MiriadaX platform. Panel member for the SpinUOC entrepreneurship competition. Former researcher on computer network security technology. Collector of old consoles and all the Zelda saga video games (including the Phillips CD-i ones).
