Lecturer at the UOC Faculty of Law and Political Science. Member of the eGovernance: Electronic Administration and Democracy (GADE) research group. Holder of a doctoral degree in Political and Social Science from the European University Institute (EUI).  His research currently focuses on studying the impact of ICTs on politics and public opinion and, in particular, the analysis of political participation and deliberation in digital environments. He has taken part in several R&D projects on these subjects.  His areas of interest include the theory of democracy, political participation, deliberation, and the analysis of digital and social media.
