PhD in Business Administration and Management with European Mention (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya). Bachelor degree in Business Administration and in English Philology. Associate professor in the Department of Economics and Business Studies at the UOC.  Her research focuses on sustainable human resources management and occupational well-being within the general field of organizational behavior.
