Doctor by the Universitat de València with the thesis La confianza en equipos virtuales un estudio longitudinal 2011. Supervised by Dr. Ana Zornoza Abad, Dr. Virginia Orengo Castella.

Vicente Peñarroja Cabañero has a PhD in Psychology from the Universitat de València. He has taken part in a number of research projects in the field of ICT applied to organizations and work. His research has focused mainly on studying the processes and results of work teams who use ICT to communicate with each other. He is currently researching the effect of digitalization processes on work performance and competencies and job satisfaction and well-being, as well as the psychosocial risks that may arise from the use of digital technologies.
