Supervised by Dr. Jörg Müller, Dr. Teresa Torns Martín.

Researcher Lidia Arroyo's research work focuses on the study of digital technologies from a gender perspective and their relationship with the employment market, as well as on the analysis of public science and technology policies from a gender perspective She is also Community Manager at GenPORT, an open and collaborative portal on gender and science, and researcher with the “Evaluation Framework for Promoting Gender Equality in R&I” (EFFORTi) project.  She is a member of the Gender and ICT: Researching Gender in the Network Society (GenTIC) research group at the UOC.
