Lawyer and Doctoral Candidate in the PhD Program in Law, Politics, and Economics at the Open University of Catalonia (Barcelona). I hold a Master’s in Criminology from Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona) and am a specialist in Public Policy, Gender Justice, Human Rights, and International Litigation. With extensive professional experience in government entities, international cooperation, and civil society organizations—including the Attorney General's Office of Colombia, UN Women, and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)—I have worked on issues related to criminal policy, gender-based violence, and transitional justice. I am skilled in the design and implementation of public and criminal justice policy projects, the preparation of reports and research documents, and providing legal advisory for strategic decision-making. My research interests focus on applied investigations in restorative justice and transitional justice.
