Laura Alascio is a member of the Faculty of Law and Political Science. She is a jurist and economist and holds a master's degree in Economic Analysis of Law, a master's degree in Financial Markets, and a PhD in Law from Pompeu Fabra University (2014). She currently forms part of the teaching staff on the Master's Degree in Legal Practice, the Master's Degree in Taxation and the Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations and Employment. She also oversees the final projects on the Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration and Management. Her R&I activity mainly focuses on property law and she specializes in economic analysis of law. She has published numerous papers on inheritance, family, and family business law. Her current research centres on inheritance taxation.
