The long-term goal of this action is to challenge the practice of age discrimination and allow older people to realize their potential. This will be achieved by improving scientific knowledge and attention to age discrimination, to gather and integrate the various disciplines of research, by developing national partnerships, multinationals and international public officials, political professionals non-academic, non-governmental organizations of civil society and the elderly, and by fostering a new generation of researchers
