Support for setting up the pipeline to automatically compute an accurate and robust method to measure the longitudinal volume change of the cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the spinal cord in subjects 1 to 18 years using two MRI scans

The project aims to develop a new technique to assess changes in spinal cord (SC) cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) volumes as measured by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in a cohort of children aged 1 to 12 years and over a follow-up period of 3 and 12 months. UOC's expert will provide assistance to define an accurate and robust method to measure the longitudinal CSF volume changes.
