Of National scope.

The main goal of this project is to design new strategies and operations to optimize the reliability in community-owned systems at the edge by introducing an integrated approach that takes into consideration the impact of the uncertainty and dynamism of this kind of systems. New allocation mechanisms will be developed relying on metaheuristics, simulation and data analysis techniques (which are introduced in the next section).
