As part of a SSHRC-funded project on the remunicipalization of water services, UOC is responsible for working on the case study of water remunicipalization in Barcelona. Hug March and Mar Grau-Satorras will conduct interviews for the research (social movements, neighborhood associations, local government, and other civil society actors), produce a co-authored peer-review quality research paper for consideration in the journal Water Alternatives, participate in an internal peer-review process with other case study researchers after the initial draft of the paper, respond to comments and questions from the project coordinator, and participate in a post-publication conference on remunicipalization at the end of the project (optional).
