The aim of the project EXCIITE is to promote essential skills for teachers' professionalism. EXCIITE intends to build a flexible system for teacher training with a focus on the areas of creativity, inclusion, engagement, and digital literacy. EXCIITE to address this objective proposes a revision of the conceptual framework and the state of the art and the construction of a set of resources suitable for supporting in-service teacher training, innovation, the "creative and meaningful transition" and the "digital transition", maintaining and developing the values of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
